Great place to stay with amazing staff
I stayed at Crowne Imperial and enjoyed my stay. Special mention for Susma, Rujal and Bhagwan who were ever helpful from food and stay recommendation to help me booking the bus, cabs etc. Hotel provides you airport pick and drop. Clean nice rooms, rooftop bar and restaurant, swimming pool etc. Most importantly the staff is great which makes the stay further pleasant. Highly recommended.Nitesh

Overall a very pleasant stay.
The staff was very polite and helpful (like all Nepalese people it seems to me). The room was big and clean, bathroom had both shower and bathtub, wifi was adequate for my needs.

The rooms are very clean, quiet and worth for the pay.
The staff is very courteous, kind and very willing to help. They also provided me a takeaway breakfast and hired a cab and ensured he picked me I time. They went beyond their call of duty by exchanging money as I did not have local currency. Wow! Def a hotel I would love to revisit.

Good Restaurant with peaceful environment
The environment of hotel is really peaceful. The food and service was very good.All staffs are very friendly especially I would like to thank Supervisor Mr Surendra for recommending the food . The food was nice and tasty.I loved it.
